Coming to a Police Department Near You, the New Chevy Caprice Police Car is not based on existing “civilian” passenger-car models sold in North America. It has been developed in key areas specifically for police duty, containing modern equipment and features including front seats sculpted to “pocket” the police officer’s equipment belt, which greatly increases the comfort for a great range of police officer sizes. The modern, full-size rear-drive sedan will be offered in both V-8 and V-6 engines. Expect the PPV to Hit the Streets in Early 2011.
