I drove into two lanes of oncoming traffic after sending a text message while at a red light. Distracted driving ends lives. I am fortunate to have my life and a well-learned lesson. Now when I drive, I never split my attention between my phone and the road ahead. I answer incoming calls with my hands free device…and text messages?
