500,000th CHILD SAFETY SEAT DONATED TO FAMILIES IN NEED

There’s no excuse not to buckle up! In our nation’s capital, National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Chairman Deborah Hersman joined Safe Kids USA in donating their 500,000th child safety seat to families in need through its program Safe Kids Buckle Up (SKBU). The 500,000th seat was presented to Alison Forest for her four year old daughter at the Edward C. Mazique Parent Child Center in Washington DC. This event is one of more than 400 sponsored by SKBU for National Child Passenger Safety Week.
