While visiting Kingston, Jamaica we were welcomed by this gorgeous Sunbeam Alpine Mk1 classic sitting heavenly at the entrance of the Spanish Court Hotel. This 1961 sister car pays homage to James Bond as the first ride that the legendary Sir Sean Connery drove in the famous car chase scene of “Dr. No,” also his first movie. Filmed in Kingston and Oracabesaa in 1962, the Mk1 became known as the first James Bond Car.
