With the supremacy of its 160-horsepower straight six-cylinder engine and the highest level of technical features and comfort, the? BMW K 1600 GTL Exclusive opens up entirely new dimensions for the motorcyclist.
The “Exclusive” features as standard central locking with a theft warning system as well as the electronic suspension adjustment system ESA II for an optimized spring and damper setting under any load conditions. Dynamic Traction Control DTC enhances safety when accelerating and, thanks to the world-first feature Hill Start Control, starting off on slopes is easier than ever. Of course, like all other BMW motorcycles, the two-wheeler also has ABS onboard.
A further world first is the foil antenna integrated into the topcase cover for radio reception. A newly designed seat with heated seatback and armrests offers riders even more comfort on long journeys. Additional LED headlamps, adaptive Xenon curve light, tire pressure control, a second brake light, an engine protection bar, floor illumination, daytime running lights and, for the first time, BMW Motorrad Keyless Ride all come as standard features.
Visually, the “Exclusive” also eludes pure luxury. This is due, for example, to an aluminum tank trim, a fully chromed exhaust system, newly designed instruments, various chrome highlights and a high-gloss finish in Mineral White metallic coupled with components painted in an exclusive contrasting color.
